Dear students, we are glad to inform you that after series of meetings and deliberation between the Union and the university management, the university senate at its meeting held on Thursday 28th June, 2015 has finally agreed and resolved as follows;
●=> That the university portal should be re-opened for a period of one week starting from...
Sunday 21st June, 2015 to Sunday 28th June, 2015.
●=> That students who are yet to register their courses for the 2014/2015 academic session can visit the university portal within the stated period to do so.
●=>That students who have encountered errors, or have made mistakes in the process of their online registration, or are yet to complete their online registration due to one reason or the other should revisit the university portal within the above stated period to complete and correct such errors, mistakes e.t.c. as may be required.
●=> However, students who are yet to pay their school fees before the deadline set for such payment are advised to visit the university Academic Division to collect and fill a form for suspension of study for the 2014/2015 academic session. Note that the session will not be counted against such students.
Reference to this, the union however want to use this medium to urge all affected students to finalize their online courses registration within the stated deadline as further complains will not be tolerated.
We also urge you to assist disseminate this information to ensure that every student is aware. We thank you for your usual co-operation.
